The Solution
For this home, we needed to create a large open plan space for the family to deliver a bespoke environment for quality living and entertaining.
Our solution was to design a full-width six-metre long side-return extension which would widen the space and also create a better connection to the garden.
The newly enlarged space was able to accommodate a new kitchen, dining and living area to deliver all the benefits of open-plan living. By adding a large roof light over the kitchen we’ve flooded natural light into the space, while the garden is framed by a picture window and bi-fold doors.
Our Bespoke Living construction team delivered the full renovation and refurbishment of this project. This included installing beautiful wood flooring from Broadleaf and a stunning dark navy statement Schuller kitchen - adding real personality to the space and bringing a contemporary edge to our client’s stunning Victorian home.
