We visit your home where we get to know you and understand your space. We discuss what you need it to deliver and we develop a detailed brief of what you’d like to achieve.
Live design session
In this session, we take a detailed measured survey and create concept designs and sketches with you. This is a magical stage, where you see your vision turn into design reality.
Design development
We present your full design and quotation. We’ll show and discuss plans, mood boards and 3D visuals, and most importantly we’ll hear what you love and any changes you’d like.
Signing off your design
At this point, you’ll give us confirmation that you’re happy with our technical designs and specifications. And be filled with excitement and anticipation about the end result.
Planning approval
We’ll create detailed planning drawings and we can submit all plans and applications, and liaise with the council, on your behalf to help accelerate the approval process.
Your build
Working as an integrated team, we build your home seamlessly using a design-led approach – from construction through to bespoke joinery and kitchen and bathroom installation.
Finishing touches and handover
From placing furniture and touch-up work to beautifully accessorising your home, we’ll make sure all snagging is fully complete before we leave you to enjoy your new space.
