Having amassed more than 25 years of experience, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. With his encyclopaedic knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry, he’s our go-to for technical queries.

With an insightful and systematic approach, from project conception and planning through to construction and final handover, Richard is a core part of our integrated service to provide clients with seamless project delivery.

Tom has worked alongside Brian, our practice founder, for six years and has been instrumental in the design and delivery of many of our clients’ homes. Specialising in high-end residential design, he brings an exceptional blend of creativity, skill and precision to a wide variety of projects.

A natural communicator, Tom puts clients at ease as he gets to know them and understand their lifestyles, providing clients with total confidence their homes will be designed to meet their needs.

Daisy provides our clients with perspective, creativity, enthusiasm and enviable interior design expertise. Her design presentations, knowledge of furniture, fixtures and equipment (known as FF&E in the industry) and bespoke joinery are an integral part of transforming our clients’ homes.

From translating homeowners’ ideas into early concepts to the final showstopping results, Daisy is passionate about working with clients to create tailored spaces they’ll love and be proud to call home.

Born and raised in Argentina, Manuela moved to the UK in 2020 to continue her professional development. With a passion for design, Manuela has worked on a variety of Bespoke Living AIC projects from large-scale homes to interior design schemes.

Through considered, fresh and exciting integrated-functional designs, Manuela enjoys helping clients to achieve dream homes that reflect their individuality and sense of style.

With more than three years of architectural experience and ten years spent in the construction industry, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and onsite understanding to our clients’ projects.

Adept at identifying potential obstructions during the build process, Lee’s talents mean he’s able to analyse and offer creative and effective solutions to ensure the smooth delivery of our clients’ homes.

With a background in logistics, Megan is an essential cog in making sure our office is highly organised and runs at maximum efficiency. As the first point of contact, Megan is a friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone and is great at establishing client relationships.

Megan’s diverse skillset ranges from social media management to team liaison. She also assists in the planning and building control process to help make sure our clients’ projects run smoothly.

Alex is our construction manager and manages the civil engineering and structural aspects of our clients’ projects. With more than 20 years’ experience, Alex’s particular specialisms lie in foundations and steelwork and he’s passionate about construction that delivers on the promise of safety and quality.

Alex is always first on site and his rigorous processes and attention to detail make sure the structural build of our clients’ homes is completed to an exceptional standard.
